Job summary

easyJet holidays in Luton is seeking an Engineering Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance and reliability of ground equipment and vehicles within a fast-paced operation. You will ensure safe, dependable assets for the engineering production team and collaborate with contractors to maintain records and compliance.

You’ll report to the Base Manager, drive improvements in processes and reliability, and manage priorities to keep facilities running smoothly in a busy base environment.

Qualifications

• Background in plant or engineering facility maintenance.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work onsite in Luton and coordinate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ground equipment and vehicles per manufacturer recommendations to keep them available for the engineering production team.
• Keep clear records of equipment and facility maintenance activity.
• Work with external contractors on repairs, coordinate waste management, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
