You’ll be part of the Luton Engineering and Maintenance team, supporting the people who keep our aircraft operation performing. It’s a fast-paced environment where colleagues work closely, communicate clearly and take pride in solving problems before they affect the operation.
You’ll make sure ground equipment and vehicles are maintained in line with manufacturer recommendations, keeping them available for the engineering production team. You’ll maintain clear, accurate records of equipment and facility maintenance activity.
You’ll work with external contractors on repairs and maintenance, coordinate waste management and help ensure the facility, equipment and local activity comply with company procedures, airport requirements and health and safety legislation.

You communicate clearly in writing and in person, build constructive relationships with colleagues and contractors, and are comfortable using Microsoft Office. You’re proactive, open to change and confident suggesting better ways of working.
A full UK driving licence is essential. Forklift or IPAF qualifications would be useful, but they’re not essential.
Different perspectives help us solve problems, improve safety and support our operation more effectively. Whatever your background, if you have the practical experience, care and curiosity to keep our Luton facilities running well, we want to hear from you.
