Job summary

easyJet holidays is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager in Luton to lead engineers within a Mission, champion healthy teams and scalable practices, and partner with Product and Mission Leads to deliver value.

You'll coach Engineering Leads and Senior Engineers across multiple squads, raise engineering standards, help attract talent, and shape how technology operates at scale within easyJet's technology organisation.

• Strong people leadership
• Experience leading engineers across multiple teams
• Experience supporting agile software delivery across multiple teams
• Technical credibility across cloud services, CI/CD and modern engineering practices
• Experience recruiting, developing and retaining engineering talent
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
