Job summary

easyJet is seeking an Engineering Facilities Supervisor in Luton to lead a hands-on maintenance operation for ground equipment and vehicles, ensuring safety and reliability daily.

You’ll work with the Base Management Team, coordinate maintenance with contractors, keep accurate records, and drive improvements to processes and performance while maintaining compliance with safety rules and airport requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant or engineering facility maintenance.
• Practical judgement to organise work and priorities.
• Full UK driving licence; forklift/IPAF useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ground equipment and vehicles in line with manufacturer recommendations and keep records of maintenance.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure facility, equipment and activities comply with company procedures, airport requirements and health and safety legislation.
• Provide daily status views to Base Manager and identify improvements to processes and performance.
