Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Luton to join the Engineering & Maintenance team. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining ground equipment and facilities, ensuring safety and reliability for the engineering production team. You will work with external contractors and participate in process improvements daily.

You'll need a practical, organised mindset, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. A forklift/IPAF qualification is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant or engineering facility maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, adaptable and relationship builder.
• Full UK driving licence required; forklift/IPAF useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ground equipment and vehicles to manufacturer specifications, ensuring availability for the engineering production team.
• Keep clear, accurate records of equipment and facility maintenance activity.
• Coordinate repairs with external contractors and manage waste and safety compliance.
• Provide daily status updates on facility and equipment to the Base Manager or Deputy Base Manager.
