Job summary

Wheatley Solutions in Glasgow seeks an Endpoint Engineer to join the IT Customer Services and Support team. You will help ensure colleagues have the devices and technology they need, supporting deployments and workplace tech services across offices and sites.

You will work in a fast-paced environment delivering high-quality support, contributing to digital transformation and ongoing improvement across the organisation. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• experience delivering endpoint and workplace technology services
• on-site technical support experience
• knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows devices
• experience with endpoint management platforms
• experience supporting mobile devices
• strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• excellent communication and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
• good organisational skills across multiple locations
• experience supporting device deployments and technology rollout
• customer-focused approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
