Qualifications

• Full, valid UK driving licence with regular access to a vehicle.
• Experience with end-user IT support.
• Working understanding of network devices.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure at client sites.
• Respond to on-site incidents and provide technical support.
• Manage site attendances and project work.

Skills

End-user IT support (computers, networks, software, devices)

Understanding of network devices (routers, switches, access points)

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration

Familiarity with Windows Server and Desktop environments
