Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Working Electrical Supervisor for the Wastewater Asset Assurance Programme on site in East Hyde, Luton. You will lead electrical installation works on Thames Water sites, supervise Kier electricians, and ensure standards and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include RAMS/ITP development, documentation control, and coordinating safe isolations with Permit to Work. This hands-on role supports a developing self-delivery team within the MEICA delivery framework.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Significant Water Industry experience with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Install LV electrical systems for temporary and permanent works
• Supervise Kier electricians and provide mentorship
• Produce and review RAMS, ITPs, and maintain documentation in Kier's common data environment
• Provide safe isolations and issue Permit to Work and Isolation Certificates
• Carry out electrical audits ensuring installation works align with Thames Water standards
