Kier Group is seeking a Working Electrical Supervisor for the Wastewater Asset Assurance Programme on site at East Hyde, Luton. You will lead Kier electricians on Thames Water sites, delivering safe electrical installations and maintaining rigorous documentation and approvals.

The role requires strong industry experience in water projects, valid JIB/ECS cards, and up-to-date electrical qualifications. A self-delivery team focus and MEICA alignment are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in electrical installations on water/industrial sites.
• Ability to produce and review RAMS and ITPs.
• Experience supervising electricians and delivering safe, compliant works.

Responsabilités

• Install LV electrical systems, including temporary and permanent works, containment, cables and testing.
• Supervise Kier electricians and mates; mentor apprentices.
• Produce and review RAMS and ITPs; maintain documentation in common data environment.
• Issue permit-to-work and isolation certificates; ensure safe isolations of LV systems.
• Perform electrical audits and oversee contractor testing to align with Thames Water standards.
