Job summary

RM Education in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a school-based on-site team, delivering first-class technical and user support to education staff and learners. You will troubleshoot, fix issues, and liaise with the service desk to meet SLAs, following ITIL practices.

Excellent customer focus and problem-solving skills.
Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
Punctual with the ability to prioritise workload.
Able to diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues and escalate when needed.
Collaborative with remote teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Be RM's customer-facing IT representative and deliver great service.
Assist the service desk with the delivery of the IT managed support service.
Provide school-based users with technical assistance and report service issues per policies.
