Job summary

RM Education is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical and user support in a school setting. You will help teachers and learners by resolving IT issues, following ITIL practices, and coordinating with the service desk to ensure SLA targets are met.

The role emphasizes problem solving, strong communication, and collaboration with remote teams to maintain a smooth technology experience for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer focus and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to prioritise workload and meet SLAs.
• Experience with school-based IT support desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be RM's customer-facing IT ambassador on site.
• Assist service desk with delivering managed IT support.
• Provide technical assistance to school users and log issues per policy.
