Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Workplace Specialist to support digital workplace services across the Yeovil hub, providing hands-on EUC support for on-premise tooling, software, and AV infrastructure. You will work with third-party teams to deliver frontline IT services and assist in delivering DS projects on-site.

The role requires strong customer focus, problem-solving, and governance compliance, with hybrid working options and involvement in incident response and logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting End User Computing (EUC) solutions, including AV technologies.
• Knowledge of on-premise software, tooling, and infrastructure support.
• Experience supporting frontline services such as tech bars and VIP support.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and governance controls.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification and CompTIA A+ are desirable.
• M365 Modern Desktop knowledge or certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for EUC across the hub.
• Assist with on-site tooling, software, infrastructure, and AV tasks.
• Collaborate with third-party teams to deliver a cohesive frontline service.
• Support DS operational and BAU projects to realise business benefits.
• Manage incidents and service requests within hub scope.
• Support stock, asset allocation, and logistics.
