Job summary

Weetabix is seeking a driven Project Manager within the Capital department to drive major projects from concept through delivery at our Burton Latimer site. You will oversee planning, budgeting and resource allocation, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes that align with strategic priorities.

The role demands hands-on project leadership, strong governance, and a proactive approach to risk management, safety and compliance in a fast-paced FMCG

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification required.
• Experience in project management and delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and success measures.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Lead projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating activities and tracking progress.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, risks and opportunities; take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery.
