Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital investment projects across the manufacturing site. You will translate project charters and technical specifications into safe, compliant and effective delivery, helping the site achieve its objectives.

You will own projects from scope development through commissioning, balancing safety, quality, cost and timescale. Working across functions and with external partners, you will create clarity, manage risk and help

Qualifications

Qualifications include apprenticeship, HNC or an engineering degree.
Experience delivering capital projects in manufacturing.
Strong engineering knowledge applied to decision making.
Knowledge of health, safety and CE/PUWER requirements.
Commercial awareness to manage project costs.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
Recognised project management qualification (PMI/PRINCE2).
Experience in FMCG or regulated environments.
Knowledge of CDM regulations and water resources delivery.
Familiarity with building works, planning and environmental agencies.
Experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Lead capital investment projects from definition through start-up.
Embed health, safety and environmental requirements in project activity.
Coordinate commissioning and handover to site operations.
Plan and oversee third-party activity on site.
Work cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, Marketing and Logistics.
Support development of project scopes, cost estimates and timing for CapEx up to £5m+.
