Job summary

Weetabix is seeking a Capital Programme Manager to drive key business projects from concept through delivery onsite at Burton Latimer. You will oversee project planning, budgets, resources and governance, ensuring milestones are met and value is delivered.

Working with a wide range of stakeholders, you will shape the capital investment programme, manage risks, and ensure compliance with PUWER and DSEAR while continuously improving processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification at least equivalent to NVP Level 3.
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related tools.
• Safety qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, FAAW, IOSH) are desirable.
• Experience in engineering/technical roles.
• Proven experience in project management and delivering capital projects.
• Experience in leading and developing a team across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and success measures with clear plans.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and priorities to hit milestones.
• Lead projects from initiation through to delivery, coordinating activities and maintaining documentation.
• Monitor project performance, budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery.
• Provide regular updates on status, risks and outcomes to stakeholders.
