Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an Engineering Project Manager for a leading FMCG manufacturing site near Kiveton. You will lead engineering and capital projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and within budget, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires working closely with engineering, production, operations, maintenance, quality and external contractors to drive value, minimise disruption to production and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering projects in FMCG/manufacturing environments.
• Engineering qualification or relevant project management experience.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and capital projects from concept through to delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, operations, maintenance, quality and external contractors.
• Manage budgets and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.
