Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking an Assistant Lead Plumber to maintain, modify, and install plumbing systems across our studio facilities. You will work with the Lead Plumber and Facilities team, guiding tasks from start to finish to keep our sites safe and running at the highest standard.

The role requires interpretation of drawings, adherence to H&S policies, and the ability to respond to emergencies with practical fixes. Onsite work pattern and rota shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of H&S regulations and drainage systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Write and deliver risk assessments and method statements.
• Monitor and enforce H&S compliance on site.
• Operate and maintain mechanical systems via the BMS.
• Supervise and instruct minor installation works and system modifications.
• Respond to emergencies to implement permanent or safe temporary fixes.
• Manage on-site rotas, holidays and attendance.
