Job summary

IN2 Consult is seeking a senior interim Payroll Process Improvement Specialist to stabilise its payroll operation after migrating from Access Payroll to ADP HCM i. The role is hands-on, requires quick assessment and scalable improvements in a high‑volume environment with commission-based pay structures.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP HCM i and payroll migration.
• Experience handling complex commission calculations and variable pay.
• Proven track record in high-volume payroll environments.
• Background in payroll transformation projects and interim/consultancy roles.

Responsibilities

• Review end-to-end payroll processes following the migration to ADP HCM i.
• Identify and resolve operational pain points, inefficiencies and control risks.
• Improve use of ADP functionality, workflows and automation.
• Reduce dependency on manual, Excel-heavy processes and emails.
• Design and implement scalable payroll processes and controls.
• Support payroll activity with complex commission calculations.
• Collaborate with Head of Payroll to embed improvements and transfer knowledge.
• Document improved processes and provide knowledge transfer.
