Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Payroll Manager for a 5-month on-site contract in Richmond. You will oversee a high-volume, commission-heavy payroll post-ADP migration, ensuring accuracy and compliance while partnering with Lettings and the People team.

Ideal candidates have strong ADP experience, payroll for 2,500+ staff, and thorough knowledge of UK payroll legislation. Immediate start is preferred, with scope to extend based on performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review payroll processes post-ADP migration for accuracy and controls.
• Own a high-volume, commission-heavy payroll.
• Collaborate with Lettings and People teams on commissions.
• Handover from current contractor to ensure a smooth transition.
• Identify improvements, efficiencies and stronger controls.
• Manage payroll queries and reconciliations with confidentiality.
