• Audit current system integrations and data sharing.
• Review payroll landscape, systems and processes.
• Identify integration issues and streamlining opportunities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes.
• Review HRSS and Payroll responsibilities split.
• Review new starter process and speed up processing (~80 starters/month).
• Investigate Worklinq issue and root cause.
• Review full employee life cycle (starters, leavers, changes).
• Review processes around variable pay and related payments.
