Job summary

Harvey Nash Group is seeking an experienced Systems Payroll Consultant for a 6-month contract in Ashby. The role requires 1-2 days per week on-site, with a focus on reviewing payroll processes, system integrations, and opportunities to streamline efficiency.

Ability to troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Audit current system integrations and data sharing.
Review payroll landscape, systems and processes.
Identify issues and opportunities to streamline processes.
Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes where possible.
Review responsibilities between HRSS and Payroll.
Assess new starter processes and speed up processing; ~80 new starters/month.
Investigate Worklinq functionality issues and root cause.
Review employee lifecycle including starters, leavers, job changes and pay increases.
Review variable pay, shift allowances, overtime and other payments.
