Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Payroll Process Manager for a 5–6 month contract in South West London. You will lead and transform a large payroll function, delivering accurate monthly payroll for 2,900+ employees and driving process improvements.

The role requires strong UK payroll knowledge, experience with bespoke commissions, and expert use of ADP HCMi. It is on-site five days a week, with an immediate or short-notice start.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and improving payroll processes.
• Experience with complex bespoke commission structures.
• Excellent working knowledge of ADP HCMi.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing high-volume payroll in a complex organisation.
• Availability immediately or within two weeks.
• Ability to work 5 days per week on-site in South West London.
