As part of our Ecommerce team, you'll support daily trading and content management, prepare the site for sales and campaigns, manage content assets, optimize product pages, set up onsite promotions, and analyze performance data to improve our online platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ecommerce trading and content management on SweatyBetty.com
• Prepare site for sales, seasonal campaigns, and personalized experiences
• Create and manage content assets using the website’s CMS
• Merchandise product list pages effectively, considering seasonal and regional nuances
• Implement onsite promotional tactics and test user experience
• Use analytics tools like Google Analytics and Content Square to optimize content and report weekly performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders for QA checks to ensure a flawless online experience

Must Haves:

• Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics/Optimize, and Amplience is beneficial
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proactive problem solver with a results-driven approach
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
