Job summary

Alzheimer's Research UK in Cambridge is seeking an Online Fundraising Manager on a fixed-term 9-month contract. You will drive innovation across our fundraising portfolio, lead live tests and campaigns, and collaborate with teams to turn ideas into live initiatives that improve performance.

This hands-on role requires a strong test-and-learn mindset, experience in online campaigns and influencer activity, and the ability to build buy-in with internal stakeholders while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating live tests.
• Experience managing relationships with internal stakeholders to gain buy-in.
• Experience in fundraising strategy development and delivery.
• Understanding of social media and online platforms.
• Line management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of GDPR and compliance.
• Experience creating supporter journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead a test-and-learn approach to fundraising growth with live campaigns.
• Secure stakeholder buy-in and ensure successful delivery.
• Coach teams to generate fundraising through online communities.
• Lead the Facebook Challenges strategy and coordination.
• Develop streaming fundraising strategies and identify opportunities.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and third parties.
• Monitor trends and campaign performance to inform strategy.
• Build partnerships with other organisations to explore opportunities.
