Job summary

EDExams in Dinnington, Sheffield is seeking an Operations and Examinations Manager to own the end-to-end assessment lifecycle across client accounts, from setup to delivery on our brand-new platform.

You will ensure JCQ compliance, manage live online proctoring, configure bespoke access arrangements, and provide expert platform support to administrators and learners while driving scalable processes and SLAs. This is a dynamic, client-facing role with leadership and quality assurance at its core.

Qualifications

• Experience managing examination operations or invigilation services.
• Deep understanding of JCQ regulations and awarding bodies.
• Ability to interpret complex client assessment requirements.
• Proven leadership with remote team management.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end accountability for exam lifecycle across client accounts.
• Coordinate transition from instructional cohorts to live assessment environments.
• Consult with clients to capture assessment specifications and access arrangements.
• Lead a client-facing platform shift and drive adoption of self-service tools.
• Manage contracts and SLAs with client leads and centre administrators.
• Set annual examination cycle, service standards, milestones and KPIs.
• Provide compliance and quality assurance reports to SLT.
