Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking an online store manager to lead and coach a sizeable team of shoppers and drivers, ensuring a smooth online and in-store shopping experience. You will plan the delivery of online picking and delivery, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with other managers to optimize overall store performance.

Responsibilities include people management, performance reviews, disciplinaries, and accurate scheduling and pay.

Qualifications

Proven track record in leading a fast-paced, customer-facing team.
Ability to coach large teams for seamless in-store and online shopping experiences.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs across multiple metrics.

Responsibilities

Plan and orchestrate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team to ensure the success of the in store online service
Be a visible leader, engaging and coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers to deliver a seamless and safe shopping experience for all our online and in store customers.
Collaborate with other managers to ensure the success of shopping experience of the overall store
People management is a big part of the role, managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.
