Job summary

Harrods is seeking an Online Concessions Coordinator to manage product enrichment for Online Concession and E-Concession partners. You will work closely with Fashion and Fine Jewellery Brands and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely live product availability.

The role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Proficiency with MS Office and SAP Retail desirable.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP Retail is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product enrichment for Online Concession and E-Concession partners.
• Coordinate with Fashion and Fine Jewellery Brands and liaise with internal teams.
• Check and process range assortment through production models: imagery, scheduling, stock transfers.
• Monitor production workflow to ensure products go live on site promptly.
