Job summary

Harrods is seeking an Online Concessions Executive to join our online concessions team in London. You will support the Concession Category Manager to refine and optimise the digital concession model and oversee onboarding and ongoing management of Harrods' concession brands on Harrods.com.

The role is fixed term and based in London with occasional travel to other Harrods offices. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organised and commercially aware, capable of handling multiple

Responsibilities

• Support Concession Category Manager with onboarding new brand partners for Harrods.com.
• Assist in operational and technical projects to improve trading and processes.
• Develop skills and take on more responsibility within the division.
• Become the SME for concession production processes and handle production queries.
• Maintain Seasonal and Production Trackers and keep them up to date.
