Join Us as an Online Assistant This Christmas!

Be our magic ingredient this festive season by joining our team as an Online Assistant. You will help pick and deliver online customer orders to their doorsteps, contributing to making good food joyful for our customers and spreading seasonal cheer. This role is fast-paced and hands-on, perfect for those eager to support customers during the holiday period.

Depending on your area of work, your responsibilities may include:

1. Picking customer orders on the shop floor, ensuring the selection of high-quality products and accuracy in fulfilling their requests.
2. Supporting in our online warehouse, handling customer queries, processing orders at the tills, or working with online Drivers to load vans efficiently.

Whichever area you work in, you'll take pride in doing the right thing for our customers and pay close attention to detail. Comfort with new technology and physical activity, including lifting and moving shopping containers up to 15kg, is essential.
