Job description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered, ready for delivery to their doorsteps, or providing excellent substitutions when products are out of stock.
  • Using a handset that plans your route around the store, indicating what you need to select and the time allocated for each shop.
  • Handling customer queries behind the scenes, processing orders, and assisting with loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
  • Serving customers proactively, offering help and answering questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Building knowledge about products, services, and promotions to make helpful recommendations.
  • Working flexibly across the store as needed.

Eligibility:

  • You must be above the school-leaver age in your country (School leaving age - GOV.UK).
  • If shifts start before 6am or end after 11pm, you must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
