Be our magic ingredient this Christmas by becoming an Online Assistant, part of the team that picks and delivers online customer orders to their doorsteps. This fast-paced, hands-on role helps make good food joyful for our customers and spreads seasonal cheer. It’s a perfect opportunity to help millions prepare for their celebrations and enjoy the festive season!

As an Online Assistant, you may be on the shop floor selecting customers’ orders, ensuring high quality and accuracy, or working in our online warehouse supporting customer queries, processing orders at the tills, or loading vans with online orders to ensure timely delivery.

Whichever area you work in, you’ll take pride in doing right by our customers and pay close attention to detail. Comfort with new technology and physical activity, including lifting and moving shopping containers up to 15kg, are important.

Eligibility: If shifts include hours before 6am or after 11pm, you must be at least 18 years old.
