Furniture Village is seeking an Online Admin Team Leader in Thurrock to lead the online administration team and ensure fast, professional handling of customer enquiries. You’ll oversee order management, financial processes and performance metrics, driving service improvements and strong cross-functional collaboration.

£36,000 OTE £39,600 - Competitive Pension, Family Partnership & much more.

Thurrock – 40 Hour Contract – Working 5 days a week – Monday – Sunday on a rota’d basis.

Your Role

• Lead, motivate and support the Online Administration Team.
