Job summary

Furniture Village in Reading is recruiting a Sales Consultant to be the face of the store. You will greet customers, understand their needs and deliver an end-to-end shopping experience while working to sales targets.

The role requires a 40-hour contract with weekends on a rota basis. The package includes £25,500 basic with a £200 weekly commission guarantee for first 13 weeks, and an OTE of £50,000–£60,000+, plus pension, health support and staff discounts.
