Job summary

Furniture Village is seeking an Online Admin Team Leader in Thurrock on a 40-hour contract. You will lead the online administration team, manage customer enquiries and order processes, and drive service excellence.

• Ensure customer enquiries and escalations are resolved professionally and promptly.

• Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
• Following health & safety procedures at all times.

Your Role
