Job summary

Furniture Village is seeking an Online Admin Team Leader in Thurrock on a 40-hour contract. You will lead the online administration team, manage customer enquiries and order processes, and drive service excellence.

Qualifications

Previous team leadership experience within customer service, administration or operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and support the Online Administration Team.
Ensure customer enquiries and escalations are resolved professionally and promptly.
Oversee online administration, financial processes and order management.
Monitor team performance and continuously improve efficiency and service standards.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
Following health & safety procedures at all times.
Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
