Job summary

Sense is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Dover-based Supported Living service. You will work 37.5 hours per week, providing one-to-one support to individuals with complex disabilities in their own flats, helping them access the community and develop daily living skills.

You’ll be part of a caring team, with opportunities to pursue a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and to grow within a national charity that values independence and safety.

Qualifications

• One-to-one support with people who have disabilities.
• Willing to work towards a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Reliable and compassionate approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to individuals with disabilities in their own flats.
• Help people access the community and develop daily living skills.
• Support with personal care, finances, and medication as required.
