Role includes personal care, daytime activities, medication support, and following Positive Behaviour Support plans. Shifts vary, with day and night options; flexible rota across weekdays and weekends.

Formación

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
• Positive Behaviour Support training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily routines and independence.
• Assist with personal care at varying levels.
• Administer and support with medication.
• Assist with food shopping and meal prep.
• Help with household tasks like cleaning and laundry.
• Encourage participation in activities and community life.
• Provide calm reassurance during behaviours of distress per BSP plans.
