Sense is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our residential team in Seaton. The role involves supporting six adults with learning disabilities to maintain independence and enjoy daily activities, with full training provided and no prior experience required.

We offer permanent contracts up to 37.5 hours per week, paying £13.00 per hour (£25,350 FTE). Benefits include 24 days’ holiday + bank holidays, pension contributions, life assurance, discounts, cycle to work and more.

Responsabilités

• Support six adults with learning disabilities to live independent lives.
• Assist with daily tasks including personal care, cooking and cleaning.
• Support getting out into the community for trips, activities and social outings.
• Help manage finances and medications as required.
