Job summary

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• References will be checked as part of recruitment.
• Willingness to undertake mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Providing meals with physical assistance and close supervision.
• Providing wheelchair assistance during community outings.
• Assisting with personal care.
• Offering reassurance and calm support during anxiety or distress.
• Using de-escalation techniques with patience and understanding.
• Encouraging participation in activities and interests.
• Maintaining safety and supervision at home and in the community.
• Supporting a positive, respectful environment at home and in the community.
• 3–4 days per week, including some weekends, average 8 hours per day.
