Job Description:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and maintaining the store’s appearance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Serving customers with passion and pride, encouraging feedback through surveys.
• Working across various store areas to meet customer needs.
• Following safety and training protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participating in community and charity events to foster an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understanding store performance and contributing to profit delivery.
• Adhering to company policies, values, and safety procedures.
• Managing shift responsibilities and ensuring compliance with policies, including age-restricted sales and security procedures.
