Responsibilities

• Delivering the One Luxe Experience: Consistently execute the One Luxe service model, ensuring a premium and personalized experience for every customer.
• Product Expertise and Storytelling: Demonstrate products with heritage, offering tailored knowledge, tips, and techniques.
• Act as a L'Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
• Stay ahead of makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets as agreed with your line manager.
• Build authentic relationships with customers in-store and through digital channels to foster loyalty.
• Inform customers about in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
• Design and execute engaging events and animations that drive interest in L'Oréal Luxe brands.
• Participate in team training and maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using Tamigo/One Retail.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and counter presentation to keep a clean, inviting space.
