• Deliver the One Luxe Experience: consistently execute the One Luxe service model, ensuring a premium and personalized experience for every customer.
• Product Expertise and Storytelling: demonstrate products, share brand heritage, and provide tailored product knowledge and tips.
• Embodying Brand Excellence: act as a L'Oréal Luxe ambassador with exceptional service and merchandising standards.
• Staying Trend-Forward: keep up with makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to provide expert advice.
