- Demonstrate product expertise and articulate brand heritage.
- Act as a L'Oréal Luxe brand ambassador with luxurious service standards.
- Stay trend-forward with makeup, skincare and wellness insights.
- Achieve sales targets and foster client relationships both in-store and online.
- Promote events, activations and merchandise while driving engagement.
- Design engaging in-store experiences and share expertise on social media.
- Represent brands with enthusiasm and adherence to guidelines.
- Collaborate with team, complete training, and maintain counter standards.
- Handle administrative tasks and keep a clean, inviting counter.
