L’Oréal Luxe in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Beauty Advisor to deliver a premium One Luxe experience. You will demonstrate product knowledge, storytelling, and act as a brand ambassador, while staying ahead of trends to tailor recommendations for each customer.

You will drive sales, build lasting client relationships across in-store and digital channels, and support events and brand activations. Training and impeccable counter standards are essential in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe experience with premium, personalised service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand storytelling.
• Act as a L'Oréal Luxe ambassador with luxury merchandising standards.
• Stay up-to-date with makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to offer advice.
• Build client relationships than foster loyalty across in-store and digital channels.
• Inform customers about in-store events, promotions and brand activations.
• Design and execute engaging in-store experiences and events.
• Share expertise on social channels adhering to guidelines.
• Participate in training and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using designated platforms.
• Uphold counter hygiene and organisation.
