L’Oréal Luxe invites a passionate Beauty Advisor to deliver the premium One Luxe experience in-store, guiding customers with product knowledge and storytelling across makeup and skincare. You will embody the brand, stay ahead of trends, and connect with clients to build loyalty.

You will drive sales, promote events, and support counter standards while actively engaging with online communities to represent L’Oréal Luxe professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty retail and delivering personalized customer service.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across online and in-store channels.
• Active engagement with beauty trends and ability to demonstrate products with storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe experience with premium, personalized service.
• Demonstrate products with brand heritage and tailored knowledge.
• Act as a L'Oréal Luxe brand ambassador with merchandising standards.
• Stay up-to-date on makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to offer expert recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships through in-store and digital channels.
• Promote events and brand activations to drive customer engagement.
• Design and execute engaging in-store experiences and events.
• Represent L'Oréal Luxe on social platforms in line with company guidelines.
• Participate in training programs to maintain product knowledge.
• Maintain counter hygiene and merchandising standards using Tamigo/One Retail.
