Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical operations leadership for the unit.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff through role modeling and education.
• Review patient outcomes and drive unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and HR decisions for the unit.
• Ensure policy compliance, budget input and safe care delivery.
