Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care within the assigned unit and coordinate care planning with multidisciplinary teams. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires, prorated for part-time or less than 40 hours.

Per diem roles are not eligible. The RN will adhere to standards of practice, document accurately, mentor new staff, and participate in patient and family education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NH or any compact state.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with experience.
• BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification or within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within the assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and precept new staff; support ongoing education.
• Evaluate and adjust patient care plans based on outcomes.
