Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a skilled registered nurse to join our team in a clinical unit. The role focuses on delivering professional nursing care, coordinating care plans with multiple disciplines, and mentoring new staff to uphold high standards of practice.

The position requires RN licensure, BCLS, and ACLS within specified timelines. A BSN is strongly preferred, with a sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

Formación

• RN license required in NH or any compact state.
• BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire; BSN strongly preferred.
• ACLS certification or within 1 year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care within assigned unit and coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Mentor and precept new staff; support ongoing professional development.
• Delegate tasks according to licensure, education, and experience.
• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and patient histories; use evidence-based techniques.
• Prioritize patient care needs and manage care plans efficiently.
• Communicate during patient hand-offs; ensure proper discharge planning.
• Evaluate and adapt care plans based on patient outcomes and feedback.
• Educate patients and families; contribute to patient education materials.
