Job Description:

The key purpose of this role is to support the business by facilitating contracts, terms of business, and ensuring compliant onboarding of new candidates in Switzerland. The Onboarding Administrator reports into the Onboarding Team Lead and requires close liaison with all colleagues in the Sales and Accounts team. On a daily basis, you will support the DACH teams, with a priority for the Swiss Sales team.

The Onboarding Team Lead can further develop the role by taking ownership of contract processes, learning contract negotiation skills, understanding international compliance rules, and gaining commercial acumen. All training will be provided.

Key Accountabilities:

• Supervise the end-to-end onboarding process for candidates under our Swiss entity
• Provide reports to the Director of Compliance & Risk
• Stay informed about Swiss legislation regarding employees and contractors
• Review and improve processes and policies
• Cross-check standard contractual documents using templates in English and German (training provided)
• Enter contractor and client data into the system
• Support client onboarding process and system setup as required
• Review and save contractor and client documentation on file
• Serve as point of escalation for complex queries
• Manage contractor onboarding and offboarding
• Handle adverse background checks
