Job summary

O2 Business is seeking an Onboarding Team Leader to oversee the performance of our Onboarding Team. You will guide and coach colleagues, manage KPIs, and drive a culture of service excellence within the department and company.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and developing staff while maintaining high onboarding standards and cost efficiency across the team, contributing to the overall success of O2 Business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Onboarding Team to ensure high performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead colleagues, coaching underperformance and recognising outstanding performance.
• Create an engaged environment where staff feel valued and part of the team.
• Identify skills gaps with reports and skills matrix to optimise staff development.
• Invest in personal development of the team and conduct monthly 1-2-1s.
• Ensure policy and process changes are embedded within the team.

We're looking for an Onboarding Team Leader to oversee the performance of our Onboarding Team. You will work closely with both Onboarding & Broadband Operations Manager you will ensure optimum performance is achieved within your department in the most cost-effective way.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensure all operations are carried out to the highest standards & in the most cost-effective way
• Lead your colleagues to achieve optimum output, coaching underperformance and recognising outstanding performance
• Create an engaged working environment where each colleague feels valued to be part of the team, overall department & Company
• Identifying any skills gaps utilising reports and skills matrix, to ensure we are optimising staff and upskilling where possible
• Invest in the personal development of your team
• Ensure you manage your time to maintain a key focus on leading you team and support the colleagues
• Conduct Monthly 1-2-1s “Check Ins” with your colleagues
• You are responsible for validating policy & process changes are embedded within the team
• You will keep you team up to date through regular daily communication
